We'd love to host your next event! Whether you're planning a corporate function, birthday celebration, club dinner, or private gathering, our facilities offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with beautiful greens and excellent catering options.

If you wish to use our greens for barefoot bowls, all bowls are supplied and a green fee is charged per person. We ask that all players wear flat sole shoes, socks or bare feet on our greens. The green is a synthetic surface.

The club has a well-stocked bar facility and EFTPOS is available.

To get started, simply complete the form below with your event details and preferred menu selections. Once we receive your request, our functions team will be in touch to confirm availability and finalise the details with you.

Additional Information
Special Conditions:
  • Children 12 years and under not permitted on the greens during functions.
  • Smokers to confine themselves to designated smoking areas.
  • No food or drinks permitted beyond the designated area behind each green.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Confirmation of 'Persons Booked' shall determine the Total Due and can only be amended with a new signed booking and confirmation form no later than 7 days prior to the event to allow for ordering and staff rostering.
  • Booking Deposit, as stated above, must be made within 7 days of the acceptance of the booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable and shall be deducted from the final amount due. This deposit shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation or change of event date within 28 days of the original planned date. All cancellations must be received prior to 28 days in writing and directed as follows:
